So my FP tonight and this past week is a series of related problems that are all minor.
I have just learned how to do hierarchical regressions in a software called SPSS and I *think* I am doing them correctly. Need to check tomorrow. If so, then I have some good results in my research paper. If not, I need to re-do them but that is ok.
Second FP is not quite broke-ass bones in my foot — minor issue but lingering. I broke four bones in a foot a couple of years ago and with all the walking and hiking I have been doing — one of my bones is a bit … sticky-outy. Looks a bit like a bunion but sharp and well, hurts as a cracked bone. Need to go to the doctor but just can’t be bothered yet. When it hurts more haha will go them. Not the best plan. So laziness I guess is my FP here.
Third FP is time. I need a day off as have literally been working for 5, nearly 6 weeks now with only 1 day off, and I am tired. Only a few more weeks to go with my MSc.
Fourth FP is the need for a job and, also, my future. I want to get a job once am done with university. Applying to several since March and keeping eye out. It’s a tough market! We shall see what happens tho.
So what are your FPs? How are you all coping? Mental health thread is also open here — coping is needed. How do you cope and stay healthy?
Finally a picture of my cat Stella (from 2016 when we lived in Geneva and had a balcony) to aid in easing the FP of your day/week….
